Product Review | Quality Encapsulations Omega 3 Fish Oil

So, I've been losing weight. So far, as of this morning, I've lost 39.8 pounds. (yay!)One thing I'm a little worried about all the loose skin I'm going to have left, because seriously, I have a lot of weight to lose. Did you know taking Omega 3s can benefit elastin and collagen in your body, helping with skin elasticity? It can.

So when I was offered some Omega 3s to try and review, I accepted.
I received these "softgels" a couple weeks ago and have been supplementing my diet with them. In all honesty, since I was already taking Omega 3s every day, I haven't noticed a big difference in my skin, etc with them.

BUT.

But.

Have you ever taken an Omega 3 Fish oil? They stink. They smell of fish, and most leave a squicky little aftertaste that I do not enjoy. I mean, I hate fish. I don't eat things that live in water.

These don't smell! There's no aroma, there's no aftertaste, and I LOVE that. Super awesome. I'll keep taking these instead of the ones I was already taking.

They're also pharmaceutical grade, which means there is less bacteria and icky stuff in them. They're non-GMO, and overall they're great. I'll absolutely purchase these again, and make them my go-to Omega 3.

The only thing I would change is I would make them a little smaller. The capsules are huge, making them hard to swallow for some.

Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Hands down.

*I was given these for free in exchange for my fair and unbiased review*
