Yikes. 10 days away from home is a long time. We got home yesterday around 4pm and no one was happier than C, who'd spent around 16 hours in his car seat over two days. He did pretty darned well though. We saw this face more often than a cranky one.
C's to-do list appears to look like this:
-pick up everything from the floor and taste it
-destroy as many magazines as possible
Short and simple.
Mine isn't too long, but has some big hitters on it.
-set up estimates for next week in the bathroom and the back yard
-post multiple listings on craigslist (we did a major storage area purge prior to vacation, in preparation for moving stuff out of Bean's room into storage)
-figure out the funds from Colorado (we paid for all in-travel expenses and the in-laws and my mom are paying us back)
-clean guest room (we had a house/Yoshi sitter last week, and have another house guest coming tonight)
-unpack (we got a good start, but there's more to be done)
-clean out the van. Holy cows does a mini-van get messy during a two-day road trip.
What are you up to this week? Any fantastic plans for the US holiday on Thursday? Happy Canada day to anyone in Canada today!
